Awesome Moments in Life: Part 2

This is the second part of a five part series on awesome things that happen to all of us throughout our lives. Much of what’s written on Find Inspiration Today is relatively heavy because it’s meant to have the ability to change lives for the better. To establish a foundation to change, improve, and reevaluate your mindset. These awesome moments are a little lighter. Awesome things that most people can relate to because it’s happened to them before. These things are happening every day all around us – maybe they are happening to you – but I can assure you that somewhere someone is smiling or inspired because of these Awesome Moments in Life. Check out Part 1 if you haven’t yet!
- Finding something in the closet or the drawer that you totally forgot you had – and that let’s you relive good old memories for a moment.
- Seeing someone else succeed because of what you’ve taught them – could be your dog, your kid, etc.
- Looking through a box of your parents pictures from when they were kids and when you were a kid.
- Crossing that last item off of your already too long to-do list!
- Finally seeing your hard work payoff.
- Sitting down knowing that you are about to dig in on your favorite meal.
- Seeing a really good rainbow and announcing the fact that you see a rainbow.
- Graduating college, high school, a certification class – it’s always awesome to graduate from something.
- Cruising on a boat on a sunny warm day, feeling the wind at your face, and water splashing through your fingers.
- Buying your first home.
- Randomly catching your favorite movie on TV.
- Immediately putting on your sweatpants after you get home from a long day of work.
- Receiving an unexpected gift.
- Watching someone open a gift you know they will love.
- Getting to your destination after a long road trip.
- Hot chocolate on a bitter cold day (again, especially if you live where I do!)
- If you are lucky enough, seeing one of the world’s wonders like the Roman Coliseum.
- Learning something that you know you’ll remember for the rest of your life.
- Enjoying a night in the presence of an incredible lit up skyline.
- Realizing that you have a lot of the people in your life that are important to you in the same place (weddings, graduation parties, family functions, etc)

19. Enjoying a night in the presence of an incredible lit up skyline
What a great way to spend time with your spouse. Doing this just allows you to embrace life’s wonders. We tend to forget that life is a miracle. Something to cherish and enjoy. Most people are always on the move and forget to just bask in life’s greatness. I hope you guys start to enjoy life.
