It’s typically around the New Year when people take a step back to reflect on the year, life, and generalities of what might lie ahead in the future. I certainly do. By reflecting on the things you deem uniquely important to your life – you are doing a great and positive thing for yourself.

So, this blog is all about getting inspired to do better. Life has it’s ups and downs – and on f.i.t. – that’s not something I try and avoid, but conquer.

Ahh, there’s nothing like the promise of a fresh start, right? We all need a fresh start from time to time – and there’s no better time than the turn of a year’s past with a new one on the immediate horizon for a fresh start. In life, staying fresh in whatever it is that you do is important and necessary for growth. So, if you’ve had a fantastic 2010 or a rotten 2010, take a minute and throw it out the window. Without even reflecting, you know what you’ve learned. The good, the bad – we all have a certain degree of both in our lives.

It’s a simple question. Where are you at with what you are doing? I mean, you are doing something – starting a business, going to school, moving up in a company – you are building something. Are you moving forward, are you stuck in neutral, or are you moving totally in the wrong direction?
